This is a set created with the Voxelart technique. It is a set of environmental objects such as trees, stones, shrubs and flowers. You have an isometric view and are included in the package both the named items and a small example land to put them on. It has a high definition image without a background and in PNG.

Do you have the obj format?
It would be much more useful if these were the actual models in .obj format btw.
